TEMPORARY CANADIAN SHIPPING ARRANGEMENT

TEMPORARY CANADIAN SHIPPING ARRANGEMENT

Canada Post is currently on strike as of November 15th, impacting parcel deliveries across Canada.

  • In-Transit Shipments: Delays are expected for all shipments currently within the Canada Post network.
  • Yesterday’s Shipments: These remain in our warehouse as Canada Post has confirmed they will not be picked up during the strike.
  • Rural/PO Box Deliveries: Currently, there are no alternative carriers with full rural or P.O. box coverage.

In light of this, we are implementing the following measures:

1. Alternative Carriers: With increased demand on alternative couriers during the strike, delivery times may be longer than usual.

2. PO Box Addresses: Customers with PO Box addresses, which can only be serviced by Canada Post, are kindly asked to provide a non-PO Box address for delivery. If you choose to stick with your PO Box, your shipment will be held until Canada Post resumes operations.

Switching from Canada Post to other couriers, especially in rural areas, may significantly increase shipping costs.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will resume regular practices as soon as the strike ends.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
