Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders placed by noon (Eastern Time) are processed on the same day. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, there may be a slight delay in processing, and we appreciate your understanding. We kindly ask that you allow extra time for delivery. Should there be a significant delay in your shipment, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Shipping time frames

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Ground shipping typically takes 4-10 business days after dispatch. For customers in the Greater Toronto Area or nearby, delivery may be faster.

*Please note that occasional delivery delays may occur.

Free Shipping

Orders with a subtotal of $50 CAD or more qualify for free shipping within Canada, excluding NL, NT, NU, and YT. For these regions, free shipping is available on orders over $200 CAD.

International Shipping Policy

Customers in the USA

When making your purchase, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs clearance and duties, if applicable. We are not liable for items that are restricted or prohibited in your country and cannot offer refunds for items rejected by customs unless they are returned to our address. Any loss resulting from items destroyed by customs will be the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. All orders are shipped through carriers affiliated with USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for your tracking information to appear in their system, and 4-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Bongoutlet.ca is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

At Bong Outlet Canada, we value our customers' satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. While all sales are generally final, we understand that there may be certain situations where a return may be necessary. Please review our return policy guidelines below:

Damaged products

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective, we are here to assist you. Please contact our customer support team within 72 hours of receiving the item(s) to initiate the return process. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect for our records. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Wrong item(s) received

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item(s) in your order, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and ensure that you receive the correct item(s) promptly. We may request additional information or photos to verify the error before proceeding with the return.

Change of mind

If you have a change of mind regarding your purchase and wish to return the item(s), we do accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to cover the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item(s) in our inventory. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

To initiate a return due to a change of mind, please contact our customer support team within 72 hours of receiving the item(s). Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Please note:
  • All returned item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be subject to additional fees or refusal of the return.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item(s) have been received, inspected, and deemed eligible for a refund.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
  • We are not responsible for any damages, lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
